Is my child considered a ‘toddler to teen’?
Prior to their first birthday, your child is considered an infant. After that, they fall into our category of toddlers to teens. Your teen is considered an adult by different health authorities at different ages and by differing growth markers. We categorize adults as those who are 18 years of age and older.
How much vitamin D should I give my toddler, child, or teen?
Every child is different, and we cannot recommend dosing specific to your child’s needs. We can, however, provide you with the recommended vitamin D dosing for your child from many groups in the United Kingdom based on their age.
