Why is the packaging changing?
In 2022, Health Canada has updated the Natural Health Products Regulations to provide a safer marketplace through increasing readability of text, and requiring clear labelling of allergens, product facts and contact information.¹
What has changed?
To comply with the regulations, the changes on most of our products have been minimal. Including primarily ensuring that text is legible with appropriate sizing and contrast.
We have also updated to the standard product fact table required by Health Canada to ensure ingredients, usage, directions and contact information are displayed in a consistent manner across all our items.
For some of our items, we have taken the opportunity to refresh the look and feel. You may notice, our Kids Ddrops® Dora 400 IU has been updated, incorporating a new version of Dora.
New look, same trusted formula.
As we begin to transition to the new packaging, you may notice either old or new versions on shelf or even receive them through the mail when purchasing through our retail partners. You can comfortably use the products purchased following the directions and using before expiration date shown on pack.
