What is the best way to dispense my drops?
The Euro Ddropper® works with gravity to dispense the exact dose in each drop. Sometimes this takes a few seconds. If air becomes trapped in the Euro Ddropper® mechanism, it can help to hold the bottle on a slight angle or put the cap on and gently turn it upside down and right again a few times before use. No need to shake the bottle. Do not remove the Euro Ddropper® dispenser and use any other utensil, such as an eyedropper. As your bottle is used over time, the drops may begin to come out more slowly. This may mean that it is time for a new bottle. Want more tips?

Should I shake the bottle to get the drop out?
There is no need to shake the bottle to get the drop out. Simply hold the bottle upside down and let the drop come out by itself due to gravity. Allow it some time, as it usually takes a few seconds. Still having trouble?

Vitamin D Products

What is the source of the vitamin D3 used in Ddrops® products?
Vitamin D3 starts as lanolin (the oil obtained from sheep and lamb wool). The lanolin is exposed to ultraviolet light to activate the cholesterol that then turns into vitamin D3. This gets purified and used for vitamin D supplements. Although Ddrops® brand vitamin D3 is an animal sourced product, the animal is not harmed during this process. This means that Ddrops® products are suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. Vegan Ddrops® contain vitamin D2 which is not an animal source.

What are the differences between Ddrops® products?
You may notice that Ddrops® product boxes all look different. This is because we offer different daily doses of vitamin D for different age groups. For instance, Baby Ddrops® 400 IU is designed specifically for infants, containing the recommended daily dose in just one drop. To help differentiate our Ddrops® products online and/or in stores, our boxes are different colours. These colours do not correspond to any specific flavour, as all of our products do not have a taste!
